We work very hard to ensure that you get the absolute best price on your sauna purchase. Should you find the identical sauna in an online store for a lower price within 30 days of purchase, then please let us know and we will refund the difference to your original method of payment. 

Here’s more! We want you to feel totally confident with your sauna purchase today. If you find that we are offering the identical sauna on our website for a lower price within 30 days of your purchase date, we will refund that difference as well.

There are some limitations though:

• Sauna must have been already purchased from our website before requesting a Price Match Guarantee.
• Promotions such as rebates and BOGO free offers are not eligible and will not be considered.
• The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website
• The competitor must be an exclusively online store - without having a retail location.
• The competitor website cannot be a discounter or auction website (i.e.; eBay, overstock, etc...)
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the identical sauna in question.
• The competitor’s price for the sauna must have the same shipping terms as we offer. If our site offers FREE shipping and the competitor charges for shipping, then we will not be able to match that price.

 

For a quick and easy refund application, simply email a link to the product you purchased on our website, and a link to the identical sauna on our competitors’ website to sales@saunasandbeyond.com within 30 days of your order date and we will process your request accordingly.
